Life Architecture

Life Architecture is the art and science of designing, constructing and living an exemplary life. Essentially, life architecture is practiced as a contemporary application of occupational therapy, a 90+ year old health profession created to help people help themselves engage in meaningful activity for self-care, productivity and leisure across the life span.
